We get it sometimes something just isn’t the perfect fit, and that’s totally okay! At Shop Bri & Co, we want you to love every piece you order. If an item doesn’t work out, eligible purchases may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. After 14 days and up to 30 days, eligible returns will be issued as store credit.

Please note:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Any returns received outside the 14-day window will not be accepted.
- Items must arrive in perfect, unworn, unwashed, resellable condition to qualify.

✔️ To Qualify for a Return, Items Must Be Free Of:

- Makeup
- Deodorant Stains
- Perfume
- Animal hair
- Marks of any kind
- Signs of wear or washing

Items returned in poor condition or without proper packaging will be sent back at the customer’s expense.

📥 How to Start a Return

Email us at hello.shopbriandco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll walk you through the next steps.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Send an email with your order number and a clear photo of the damage.

Any damage reported after 3 days will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

We promise to take care of your issue as quickly and smoothly as possible!

📦 Shipping Policy

We know how exciting it is to get new clothes trust us, we feel the same way! We work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow 3–7 business days for processing.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

🚚 Lost or Stolen Packages

Shop Bri & Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

If you believe your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible once your order is placed.
